How do I place an order?
To place an order with Ore Struck all you have to do is get in touch.
Just email me leaving your name and contact details and I will reply as soon as I can by email or phone
- let me know your preference.

Are your tiaras available from stock?
All tiaras are made to order, to your specifications. However I do have a 10 days returns
policy in certain circumstances - please see below.
I want to order something I have seen on this site. What do I do?
Contact us and if the item has not already been sold, it will be reserved for you.
We endeavour to keep this site as up to date as possible and as items are sold
they will be marked as such or removed from the site. However, there may be
occasions when this is not possible so please bear this in mind.
How can I pay you?
I accept credit and debit cards by Nochex or Paypal. I also accept cheques or Postal Orders.
Overseas customers payment is by Paypal or Nochex only.
How long will my goods take to arrive?
Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.
Jewellery purchased from this site will be dispatched within 3 working days
where possible. I aim to deliver all tiara orders in 28 days. If this is not
possible, I will advise you why and let you know when you can expect delivery.
If you are on a tighter time schedule then contact us and we'll see what we can do!
Please note : Orders on custom silver jewellery may take longer than 28 days
due to hallmarking requirements.
How much is postage & packing?
Postage and Packing starts at £4 for jewellery and £5 for tiaras but can vary
with the size of your order. Please ask me for a quote for large orders.
I send all items to UK address by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed
overnight and insured in transit. However, this means that it has to be signed for,
so if possible, specify a preferred day of the week for delivery.
Overseas Orders are sent by insured airmail where possible. Please contact us for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely happy, for whatever reason, with any item you have
bought off this site you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund
or exchange, less a deduction for postage.
However, under the distance selling regulations, any item that is custom-made
to order is not subject to the 10 days legal returns requirement. This includes
personalised or custom made jewellery and all tiaras. But I will, where possible,
refund on orders that are not too specific and can possibly be sold elsewhere. This
refund will be given less cost of materials. I reserve the right not to give refunds
on tiara orders where I suspect that the customer is taking advantage of this returns policy.
To avoid having to return your custom item, please check that the dimensions
of the design are suitable for your needs. If you do want to return an item, please contact us first.
